7 News reports that a 59-year-old man from Massachusetts has been arrested and detained without bail on charges of operating a school bus while under the influence. According to the article, the bus was transporting high-school students at the time. The man appeared in court on charges of driving under the influence, where he delivered a plea of not guilty.
